At this dinner, you’ll experience a true farm-to-fork feast, with no food sourced from distributors like Sysco.
Instead, every bite will feature the rich flavors and fresh ingredients cultivated by our dedicated local farmers and ranchers.

The cost of your ticket directly pays the farmers, ranchers, and
producers for the ingredients of the food that we serve at the dinner.
We are paying our local farmers the market rate for their products. No food is sourced from distributors like Sysco.
Proceeds from alcohol sales will go directly to the Farms of Tuolumne County.
Raffle proceeds will be shared between the Farms of Tuolumne County and their partner non-profits for this event.
100% of the auction proceeds (minus credit card fees) will go to the organization that secures the auction item.
